Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga combines asanas with pranayama, and deep relaxation. These practices help to purify and strengthen the body and mind. The class will be designed for you, depending on what you are aiming for or your experience of yoga practice. Megumi believes Yoga is for everyone, not only for flexible people. Let's start/continue your yoga journey.

Baby Yoga

Baby yoga integrates touch and movement from birth through the early years. Promoting positive parent-baby interactions is key to the wellbeing of families. Baby Yoga offers the physical activity that babies need but often lack in our 21st century global urban lifestyle, at home. Class is suitable for your around 3 month to around 8 months old baby and you.

Baby Massage

IAIM (International association for Infant Massage) program involves not only a technique of massage but also many different styles of touch, movement, interaction and communication. Benefits from infant massage can be told as category of Interaction, Stimulation, Relief and Relaxation. Most of all, it works for enhancing a bonding between mum, dad or carer and the baby.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other style of yoga. You can calm your stressed and noisy mind, and you can expect a high relaxing effect.

Prenatal Yoga

Are you pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit? Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare for childbirth. It is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.

Pilates

It was good to know how to communicate with the baby through yoga. My baby was in a good mood and seemed to be stimulated in good way, and after returning home, he slept better than usual. It was fun to talk with other mothers who are with baby with the same age. It was a lot of fun to be able to do yoga on myself.
